All prices shown on our web site EXCLUDE Local Sales Tax 6.0%. However this tax is ONLY applicable to customers resident with in Pennsylvania.
Every effort is made to ensure all of the prices on our website are correct. We are not responsible for any errors that occur. If an error is found before your order is processed we will notify you as soon as we can.
USA/CANADA Customers: Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible. We automatically use the most cost effective shipping method available.
Overseas customers: Please see the Postage Guide for an explaination of how our overseas postage is calculated. Again we will automatically use the most cost effective shipping method. If you wish to be quoted for shipping charges prior to ordering, please email us a list of the parts you need
If you are out side of the USA, You will be liable to pay import duty to the courrier at the time of delivery. To find out exactly how much import duty you'll need to pay, Please contact your local customs offices.
We aim to satisfy all customers. If however we have supplied the incorrect part or the quality is not to your satisfaction, Kindly contact us so that we can arrange to have the part returned for a full refund or replacement.
We can cancel any order upto the point of despatch provided there are no special ordered parts within your order. To cancel special ordered parts may involve a handling charge of 20% as we will be liable for this from our suppliers.
All parts are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of invoice. Please contact us to advise us the nature of the problem, so that a return can be arranged. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or notification of invoice or customer number.
Any parts that are being returned must be unused and still in their original packing. Electrical components and parts that we have special ordered in specifically for you are non-returnable. Please see our contact details for returns address. Returned goods which were correctly supplied by us may be accepted back at our descretion and will be subject to a 20% handling fee, please contact us first.
Damaged or missing parts
Any claim for damage or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel.
